Please note that you take part in walks at your own risk and the organisers cannot be liable for any injury or other distress which may occur.
Please be ready to start walking at the START time given.
The starting point for a walk is often not accessible by public transport but, provided reasonable notice is given, it will usually be possible to arrange to pick up those requiring transport. The group will set off at the departure time given unless someone expected has not arrived, in which case no more than 15 minutes later.
It is advisable to check before bringing a dog on a walk.
Please wear suitable footwear and clothing. Be prepared for mud, overgrown footpaths, rain or even brilliant sunshine.
Inappropriate footwear or clothing can ruin your day.
We ask you not to eat your packed lunch in pubs that sell food.
